Job summary
A company in the aerospace industry is seeking a training coordinator responsible for developing and managing training plans. The role involves maintaining training records, managing LMS, and preparing for audits. Candidates should have a diploma in Business and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in training management software is required.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Business or relevant.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in aerospace industry with Learning and Development experience.
- Proficient in using training management software or Learning Management Systems.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, develop, schedule, and manage training plans for employees.
- Maintain training records in the LMS system.
- Ensure timely execution of mandatory and orientation programs.
- Maintain accurate training records for audits.
- Support preparation for audits with relevant training data.

- In charge of coordinating, developing, scheduling and managing training plans for all the employees
- Responsible for maintaining training records in the LMS system and ensuring the training and competency development for the employees
- In charge of maintaining the training calendar and ensure timely execution of mandatory and orientation programs.
- In charge of maintaining accurate training records and documentation for audits and inspections.
- Responsible in supporting preparation for audits and providing relevant training data and reports.
- Minimum Diploma in Business or relevant
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in aerospace industry with Learning and deveopment experience
- Proficient in using training management software or Learning Management Systems is required
