About the job Senior Manager, HR Shared Service
Job Responsibilities

You will lead a HR shared service team to provide HR operational support to all NUHS institutions in accordance with our service level agreements (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs). The scope covers the entire end-to-end employee lifecycle administration ranging from onboarding through to employment contract management and offboarding. You will manage, coach and develop the team members to enhance their competencies in the handling of complex issues and improve the overall service quality of the team. Besides ensuring the work processes are in compliance with HR policies and government regulations, you will also be responsible for the design, review and implementation of work process improvements and system enhancements. As a key HR shared service partner, you will be required to actively engage and collaborate with multiple stakeholders from the NUHS HR community. You will also be appointed as a key point of liaison for the assigned NUHS institution on matters relating to service delivery and implementation.

Candidate Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resource or Business-related qualification.
  • At least 10 years of HR experience of which 8 years are HR Operations experience and with in-depth knowledge of Singapore work pass statutory requirements.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in people-manager role and has directly managed onsite resources.
  • Prior HR shared services experience in large scale corporations or experience in managing HR contact centre will be an added advantage.
  • Able to identify, drive and see through the implementation of work improvement projects.
  • Able to think on your feet, problem solve effectively and respond positively to changing priorities.
  • Interested in exploring technological system solutions.
  • Able to work effectively in a performance-driven environment and collaborate well with stakeholders.
  • Organised, meticulous and proactive.
  • Open to changes in job portfolio within HR Group Shared Services due to re-organisation, resource allocation re-prioritisation and demonstrated strengths and growth potential.
