Job summary
A local gym in Singapore is seeking a part-time employee to introduce memberships and maintain the gym environment. Responsibilities include customer service, cleanliness, and working as part of a team. Candidates must be service-oriented, willing to undergo training, and available for flexible work hours; a friendly and supportive workplace is offered as part of the package. - Coordinate with instructors and follow up with leads.

- Any 4 days out of Mon-Fri 5pm-10.30pm.
- Sun 8am-5pm.

- Introducing gym memberships, Pilates bundles, and PT packages to prospects and clients.
- Attend to walk-in visitors and share our irresistible trials/packages with them.
- Provide exceptional service to all members/prospects.
- Keep the gym & pilates studio sparkling clean, machines well-maintained.
- Usher new Pilates members to their classes.
- Navigate our CRM, liaise with new/existing members, and help them book appointments/classes with precision.
- Coordinate with Pilates instructors and Gym personal trainers.
- Follow up with leads via WhatsApp.
- And other misc. tasks.
- Work together with me to create a friendly environment for all members & employees, and a profitable business.
- $12/hr + CPF for a start, progress to $13-$14/hr + CPF as you become more independent.
- Training ($10/hr) is provided for this entry level role.
- Salary increase when you prove to be a team player and can manage the operation independently.
