We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Part-Time Marketing Executive / Front Desk Gym Admin to support our gym’s daily operations and marketing activities. This role combines social media marketing, content creation, and front desk administration, and is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people and creating creative content.

• Manage the gym’s social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Create regular content for promotions, campaigns, and events
• Videos (Reels, short-form content, recap videos), Posters, banners, and simple marketing visuals
• Plan and schedule weekly social media posts
• Capture photos and videos during classes, events, and special sessions
• Support and participate in event planning and marketing initiatives
• Assist in promoting gym packages, classes, and special events
• Bonus: Experience in event management or on-ground event coordination

• Greet members and visitors warmly upon arrival
• Be the first point of contact for walk-ins and trial members
• Explain gym packages, promotions, and class schedules
• Ensure members feel welcomed and part of the gym community
• Maintain professional standards and discipline within the gym

• Conduct regular stock checks
• Order consumables and drinks as required by the gym
• Assist with printing, laminating, and basic admin tasks
• Monitor the condition of equipment, cleanliness, and general upkeep of the gym
• Support daily gym operations and any other tasks assigned by the Gym Owner

• Prior experience in social media management and content creation
• Proficient in video editing and poster/visual design (CapCut, Canva, or similar tools)
• Comfortable speaking to people and engaging with gym members
• Organized, responsible, and able to multitask
• Passion for fitness, sports, or gym culture is a plus
• Event management experience is an added advantage
