This is an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Gym Floor Staff at Iron House Gym in the Paya Lebar East Region. As a full-time Gym Floor Staff, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional customer experience and ensuring the smooth running of our state-of-the-art fitness facilities.

1. Welcoming and assisting members, ensuring they have a positive experience at the gym
2. Monitoring the gym floor, addressing any equipment issues or member concerns promptly
3. Providing guidance and support to members on the proper and safe use of gym equipment
4. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the gym facilities
5. Assisting with inventory management and the restocking of gym supplies
6. Collaborating with the wider gym team to contribute to the overall success of the business

1. A passion for health, fitness and providing exceptional customer service
2. Previous experience working in a customer-facing role in the fitness industry
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with members
4. The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently
5. A commitment to maintaining a safe and clean gym environment
6. Familiarity with gym equipment and the ability to provide guidance on its proper use
