Job summary
A leading aerospace firm in Singapore is seeking a CBTA-EBT Deployment Lead to manage deployment efforts for customer airlines. You will provide subject matter expertise and maintain relationships while ensuring effective training implementation and performance improvement. A strong background in commercial airline operations, a commercial pilot license, and over five years of relevant experience are essential. The role requires proficiency in English and excellent interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- More than five years of related experience required.
- Have or has held a commercial pilot license with instructor endorsement.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Contributes to or leads an airline assigned CBTA-EBT Deployment team.
- Provides subject matter expertise and maintains customer relationships.
- Identifies opportunities to leverage CBTA-EBT products.
- Tracks progress and maintains company and customer situational awareness.
