A leading recruitment firm is seeking a motivated individual to handle end-to-end recruitment processes in Singapore. Candidates should be diploma or degree holders, ready to learn, and possess strong communication skills. Minimal experience in recruitment is acceptable, making it a great entry-level opportunity.
Qualifications
- Little or no experience in recruitment.
- Demonstrated success of driving change within an organization.
Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end recruitment in line with resource requirements.
- Source and pre-qualify candidates that match business requirements.
- Support the Recruitment Strategy.

- Perform end-to-end recruitment in line with resource requirements, HR to fill approved open positions in alignment with business objectives.
- Source and pre-qualify candidates that match business requirements.
- Deliver, and/or support the Recruitment Strategy, marshalling the right talent to deliver on the objectives for each entity.
- Reach out & connect with potential pipelines through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees.
- Be able to respond to changes and work with minimal supervision.
