Job Description:

The HR Executive will support the HR Manager in day-to-day human resource operations, ensuring smooth execution of recruitment, payroll, employee administration, and statutory compliance. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to work closely with employees and management in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Overseeing the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and recommending hiring decisions
  • Identifying training needs, designing and sourcing for training programs, and facilitating employee development initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Implementing performance appraisal systems, providing feedback to employees, and assisting in setting performance goals
  • Addressing employee grievances, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution strategies
  • Ensuring compliance with MOM employment laws and regulations, including Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices, Employment Act and workplace safety regulations
  • Managing compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, employee benefits enrolment, and periodic review of compensation structures
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to maintain consistency, compliance, discipline and punitive measures across the organizations
  • Handling administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and leave management
  • Collaborating with senior management to align HR strategies with organizational goals and objectives and contributing to overall business planning and decision-making processes
