A leading global firm in Singapore is seeking a Chairman's Assistant to strategically support the Chairman's schedule, manage executive communications, and oversee critical projects. The ideal candidate must have experience with CRM and be adaptable in a dynamic environment, capable of handling both strategic coordination and hands-on execution. This role requires someone resourceful with excellent organizational skills to ensure the smooth operation of the chairman's office.
Chairman’s Assistant / Strategic Executive Assistant
Serve as the primary strategic partner to the Chairman, optimizing schedule management while overseeing all administrative and logistical functions with precision.
Act as the key representative and gatekeeper for the Chairman’s office, managing relationships with board members, investors, senior executives, and external stakeholders.
Prepare, review, and refine executive-level communications, presentations, and briefing materials for high‑stakes meetings and decision‑making.
Orchestrate board meetings, executive offsites, and corporate functions, ensuring seamless planning, execution, and follow‑through.
Operate with a high degree of foresight, anticipating needs, mitigating risks, and proactively resolving issues to maintain smooth operations.
Provide holistic support across both professional and personal domains, enabling the Chairman to remain focused on strategic priorities.
Own and drive talent sourcing initiatives, including identifying hiring needs, sourcing candidates directly, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating recruitment processes across multiple roles and functions.
Onboard and manage external recruiters and recruitment partners, setting clear briefs, timelines, and expectations to ensure quality hiring outcomes.
Support end‑to‑end candidate onboarding, ensuring smooth integration and alignment with organizational standards and culture.
Independently manage special projects and confidential assignments with absolute discretion, integrity, and sound judgment.
Exposure to CRM and/or ERP systems is required, with the ability to track information, manage workflows, and support operational reporting where needed.
Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a dynamic environment, supporting administrative, operational, and project‑related responsibilities as required.
Highly resourceful, adaptable, and capable of managing both strategic coordination and hands‑on execution.
