Your role

We’re looking for someone like that to shape the future of end to end client lifecycle and operational excellence through the OnePass initiative. Role coverage:
- Business Case Development: Collaborate with stakeholders and producers to define and validate business cases for OnePass deliverables
- Process Analysis: Develop in-depth understanding and document current business processes, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the voice of business interests within cross-functional teams, facilitating discussions and aligning requirements with key users and senior stakeholders
- Data-Driven Decision Support: Collect, clean, and analyze data to support strategic decisions and product iterations
- Product Rollout & Success Metrics: Support the development of rollout plans and define OKRs to measure post-implementation success
- Documentation & Testing: Prepare detailed business requirements, test plans, and coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure quality delivery
- Agile Collaboration: Work closely with Stakeholders and Delivery teams to manage backlogs, prioritize sprints, and ensure timely delivery of enhancements
Your team
You’ll be working as part of the OnePass initiative, one of the key components of the Digital Transformation portfolio in the F2B Digitalization function. This function sits in the Global Wealth Management COO in Singapore / Hong Kong.
Your expertise
- Ideall 7-9 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or operational change, preferably in financial services or wealth management
- Strong understanding of COO functions, risk and control frameworks, and digital transformation principles
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence and negotiate across levels
- Proactive problem-solver and collaborative team player who thrives in dynamic environments; skillfully balancing shifting priorities while staying focused & adaptable
