We are seeking an HR Payroll Executive to assist our recruitment coordination, HR operations, and payroll functions.

HR & Project Support
  • Prepare employment contracts, agreements, and related HR documentation.
  • Manage job postings and support end-to-end recruitment coordination.
  • Collect, update, and maintain candidate information and databases.
  • Provide administrative support to both sales and recruitment teams.
  • Prepare project-related contracts, documents, and reports.
  • Ensure all recruitment and project documentation meets compliance and operational requirements.
Payroll Support
  • Collect, verify, and process timesheets and staff claims.
  • Prepare and submit invoices through Xero and other required government portals.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and support basic accounting and administrative duties.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Work-Study Diploma or Higher Nitec in HR, Business, or Administration may be considered for junior positions.
  • Preferably 1–2 years of experience in HR support, administration, recruitment coordination, or project coordination.
  • Experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts support (e.g., timesheet verification, claims processing, or Xero) will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas and data handling.
  • Strong attention to detail with good organisational and documentation skills.
  • Proactive, responsible, and comfortable with administrative tasks.
  • A supportive team player with good communication skills and the ability to fit well into a collaborative work culture.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
