Job description
Primary Responsibilities and Duties (90%)
  • Handle recruitment – post job advertisements, screen resumes, co-ordinate interview arrangements, conduct interviews prepare letter of appointment, involve in recruitment exercises
  • Liaise with SNB, recruitment agencies and government agencies for manpower related matters
  • Create and maintain new hire files
  • Handle onboarding – receive new hires, arrange issuance of access cards
  • Handle offboarding – Prepare acceptance of resignation, conduct exit interviews and final clearance with resignees
  • Conduct orientation and induction programs
  • Prepare weekly recruitment status report
  • Any other tasks as assigned
Secondary Responsibilities and duties (10%)
  • Review existing operations regularly to ensure quality standards in all operational needs of the Nursing Home
  • Any other tasks as assigned
  • Independent, resourceful and able to perform under pressure
  • Possesses good inter-personal skills
