Job summary
A leading healthcare consultancy in Singapore is seeking a strategic leader to drive the overall direction and performance of the organization. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in the healthcare sector and at least 3 years in management. Responsibilities include setting long-term visions, executing operational plans, and overseeing financial sustainability. This role offers a significant opportunity to impact healthcare quality and compliance.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in Healthcare environment.
- 3+ years of management level experience in developing business.
Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the organisation.
- Drive quality of care and regulatory compliance while ensuring financial sustainability.
- Define and execute long-term vision and annual operating plan.
Education
- Overall leadership, strategic direction and sustainable performance of the organisation.
- Drives quality of care, regulatory compliance, business growth, financial sustainability, and stakeholder engagement across the organisation.
- Define, communicate and execute long-term vision, strategy and annual operating plan
- Develop and manage annual operating budgets and long-term capital plans
- Drive financial discipline, cost controls, and sustainable unit economics
- Conduct business reviews, financial forecasting, risk analysis and scenario planning
- MBA/Degree in Business
- At least 15 years of experience in Healthcare environment
- At least 3 years of experience in Management level, developing business and managing financials
