Job summary

A leading HR consulting firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage HR operations, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma in HR Development and have 3-5 years of comprehensive HR experience. This role offers a salary range of $3500-$4000 and involves overseeing compliance with local labor laws and improving employee retention.

Qualifications

  • Possess at least Diploma in Human Resource Development or equivalent.
  • At least 3-5 years' experience in comprehensive HR functions.
  • Prior experience with Info-Tech HR software is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to implement HR strategies aligned with departmental goals.
  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws.
  • Act as an advisor on HR policies and procedures.
  • Address and resolve employee relations issues.
  • Drive initiatives to improve employee retention.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly manpower reports.
  • Support performance appraisals and HR projects.
  • Assist in employee engagement programs.

Job description
  • Location: Marine Parade
  • Working Days: Monday-Friday, 5 days
  • Working hours : 8:30am - 6:15pm
  • Salary : $3500-$4000

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage the full spectrum of HR operations, focusing on HR processes, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, and serving as the first point of contact for employee relations

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to implement HR strategies aligned with departmental goals.
  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, performance management, and offboarding
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and handle work pass applications and renewals.
  • Act as an advisor, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters.
  • Address and resolve employee relations issues and grievances.
  • Drive initiatives to improve employee retention.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly manpower and wellness reports.
  • Support annual performance appraisals and contribute to various HR projects.
  • Assist in employee engagement programs, welfare activities, and company events.
Job Requirements
  • Possess at least Diploma in Human Resource Development or equivalent
  • At least 3-5 years' comprehensive HR functions
  • Prior experience with Info-Tech HR software is an advantage.
