Job summary

A prominent HR consulting firm based in Singapore is seeking an HR Executive to manage HR strategies aligned with business goals. The role involves overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with local labour laws, and addressing employee relations issues. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Human Resource Development and 3-5 years of HR experience. This full-time position offers a salary range of $3500 - $4000, with working hours from 8:30 am to 6:15 pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in comprehensive HR functions.
  • Experience with Info-Tech HR software is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of local labour laws.

Job description

Position: HR Executive
Salary: $3500 - $4000
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working hours : 8:30am - 6:15pm
Location: Marine Parade

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to implement HR strategies aligned with departmental goals.
  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, performance management, and offboarding
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and handle work pass applications and renewals.
  • Act as an advisor, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters.
  • Address and resolve employee relations issues and grievances.
  • Drive initiatives to improve employee retention.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly manpower and wellness reports.
  • Support annual performance appraisals and contribute to various HR projects.
  • Assist in employee engagement programs, welfare activities, and company events.
Job Requirements
  • Possess at least Diploma in Human Resource Development or equivalent
  • At least 3-5 years' comprehensive HR functions
  • Prior experience with Info-Tech HR software is an advantage.
