A customer service company in Singapore is looking for skilled individuals to engage customers and manage support requests. Candidates must have a minimum O level and at least 2 years of customer service experience. Responsibilities include greeting customers, logging interactions, and optimizing service centre operations. A competitive remuneration package is offered.
Greet and engage every customer in a friendly and professional manner.
Serve as the first point of telephone contact for customer support requests.
Accurately collect and update customer personal details, vehicle registration, and ownership information; raise change management forms as needed.
Log all customer interactions, including compliments and complaints, in the CRM system.
Ensure complete and accurate data entry in CRM and schedule appointments across all service centres.
Screen technical calls and assign them to the correct Customer Service Advisor (CSA) and payment method.
Optimize workshop capacity by efficiently assigning vehicles to service centres.
Offer general advice to customers in a timely and professional manner.
Assist in generating daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Hand over vehicles to customers with a basic explanation of completed work.
Requirements:
Minimum O level with at least 2 years of experience in the customer service industry.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused with a proactive service mindset.
Working Hours : Monday to Friday: 8am to 5:30pm, Alt Sat, 8am - 11am, OT payable
Working Location: near Mountbatten
