A dynamic sales team is seeking enthusiastic individuals to promote WSQ-accredited training courses through inbound, outbound, and corporate B2B sales. Ideal candidates should have a diploma or degree and a background in sales or customer service, combined with strong communication skills. The role offers exposure to various sales tracks, competitive base salary with commissions, and a supportive work environment focused on workforce development.
We’re looking for enthusiastic, persuasive, and service-minded individuals to join our dynamic sales team in our secondary business division: Info-Academy. This role will be promoting WSQ-accredited training courses across multiple verticals— either in inbound sales, outreach events, or corporate B2B sales.

Inbound Digital Sales (Direct B2C):
Respond to daily inquiries via calls, emails, and chat.
Offer tailored course consultations and guide applicants through registration and funding.
Follow up to convert leads into successful enrolments.
Outbound Sales (Events & Roadshows):
Represent us at outreach events, roadshows, and pop-ups.
Actively engage prospects, assess upskilling needs, and recommend suitable WSQ courses.
Set up and manage booths in line with branding and professionalism.
Corporate Sales (B2B):
Identify and secure new corporate clients for WSQ programs.
Conduct meetings, present training solutions, and prepare proposals.
Nurture client relationships for recurring and long-term business.
Diploma, Nitec, or Degree in any discipline (Business, Sales, HR, or Education is a plus)
Background in sales, customer service, education, or outreach is welcomed
Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels
Self-driven with a consultative approach and adaptability across verticals
Comfortable working towards sales targets
Willingness to participate in events (some weekends/evenings required)
Familiarity with WSQ/SkillsFuture funding schemes is an advantage
Exposure to multiple sales tracks—consumer, events, and corporate
