The ideal candidate will proactively source new business, conduct market research, and effectively negotiate deals. Job Responsibilities:

• Aggressively source and secure new accounts and business for Airfreight / Ocean freight/ Warehousing services.

• Conduct market research to identify business strategy, to meet customer objectives and evaluating the prospect company's position in the industry.

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.

• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their needs and concerns.

• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.

• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.

• Negotiate/ close deals and handle complaints or objections.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve better sales results.

• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

Requirements and skills:

• Proven experience as a Senior/ Sales Executive or relevant role in international Forwarding business.

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in Forwarding/ Logistics industry.

• Must possess own vehicle with valid class 3 driving license.
