Role Description
We are seeking a Sales Executive to lead new business development and help grow our ISP division. The ideal candidate is a results-driven B2B sales professional with strong lead generation experience and a passion for closing deals in a competitive, technology-driven environment.
Key Responsible
Generate and qualify leads via cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and networking
Pitch and sell internet and connectivity solutions to SMEs, enterprises, and property managers
Prepare proposals and close new business opportunities
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools
Collaborate with the technical team to deliver customer-focused solutions
Maintain regular reporting and hit monthly sales targets
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales (ISP, telco, IT, or tech preferred)
Strong knowledge of lead generation and deal closing techniques
Highly motivated, independent, and startup-ready
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is an advantage
Knowledge of the telecommunication industry
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
