Key Responsibilities:
• Drive online sales through various e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and company websites.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s digital sales presence.
• Optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to maximize conversions.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to refine strategies.
• Work closely with the marketing team to create campaigns that drive traffic and sales.
• Manage customer relationships, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging e-commerce technologies.
• To support any other ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or a similar role with proven track record of managing campaigns, budgets, and timelines effectively.
• Strong sales mindset with a results-oriented approach.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, including paid search, social media, and affiliate partnerships.
• Ability to analyze data, monitor KPIs, and derive actionable insights to drive decision-making.
