We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive (Outdoor) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through a combination of farming (managing and growing existing accounts) and hunting (identifying and acquiring new business opportunities). This is a field-based role requiring extensive client interaction, relationship building, and market presence.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned territory/market segment.
Proactively prospect, generate leads, and secure new customers through cold calls, field visits, networking, and referrals.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay ahead of industry trends.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospects.
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
Understand client needs and propose solutions that align with their business objectives.
Regularly meet with key accounts to ensure continued engagement and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
Act as the main point of contact for escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline in the CRM system.
Provide regular reports and market feedback to the Sales Manager.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer support) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Proven experience in B2B sales, field sales, or a similar outdoor sales role.
Strong track record in both hunting and farming.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools.
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Preferred knowledge of renovation related.
