A leading company in Singapore is seeking a Sales Manager to drive sales strategies and manage a sales team. This role includes responsibilities for new product development, execution performance monitoring, and regular customer engagement to maximize sales opportunities. The ideal candidate possesses a degree, a minimum of 5 years in sales management, strong communication and negotiation skills, and is proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· To deliver Top & Bottomline & manage sales team.
· Manage and monitor execution performance (brand location, range, stock availability, pricing etc) and active follow up with the team to resolve issues.
· Plan for new product development.
· Plan and delegate new launches, campaigns, price increases etc.
· Plan and monitor business and brand strategy.
· Responsible for submission of regular and timely sales and opportunity reports.
· Responsible for monthly forecast and sales management.
· Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Production, Logistics, Ordering team etc) to resolve supply chain, customer service and marketing issues.
· Identify and delegate sales team to areas of responsibilities and create synergistic effects.
· Regular engagement with key customers to ensure sales, distribution and merchandising opportunities are maximized.
· Gather and input competitor intelligence.
· Price analysis of competitors’ products for company brand & pricing strategy.
· Any other ad-hoc duties.
Education and Work Requirements:
· Degree with class 3 driving licence, preferably with own car.
· 5 years’ experience in sales and sales management.
· Strong Project and team building skills.
· Ability to multi-task.
· Strong communication and negotiation skills.
· Analytical with strong business acumen& proficient in Microsoft Office.
· Hands on individual preferably with relevant market experiences.
