A leading automotive sales company seeks a dedicated Consultant to enhance the car-buying experience in Malaysia. The role involves building customer relationships, utilizing social media to generate leads, and guiding clients through their vehicle selection and purchase. Ideal candidates will have sales and customer service experience, excellent listening skills, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Qualifications
- Sales and customer service experience in the automotive or retail industry is preferred.
- Ability to work in a high energy sales environment.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads and promote products using social media platforms.
- Attend to walk-in and online customer inquiries.
- Assist customers in finding suitable vehicles from our inventory.
- Guide customers through the purchase and financing process.
- Ensure smooth transactions by completing necessary documentation.

Proficiency in using multiple social media platforms to generate leads and promote our product. This includes hosting live streams to showcase cars, engage with potential customers, and drive sales through interactive promotions.
Attend to walk-in and website customers inquiry.
Use your knowledge of CARSOME inventory to assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs.
Guide customers every step of the way, from sale or appraisal to test drives and arranging financing applications.
Complete all relevant records and documentation to ensure smooth transactions for our customers.
Sales and customer service experience, in an area such as retail, automotive, airline industry is preferred.
Good listening skills and a strong customer focus.
