Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our watch boutique at Paradigm Mall. You will drive outlet sales, manage the sales team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications
  • 1–2 years in a supervisory/managerial role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Target-driven with a proven sales track record
  • Retail operations knowledge, including stock control and visual merchandising
  • Flexible to work weekends and public holidays
  • English proficiency; Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage
  • Able to work at Paradigm Mall, Petaling Jaya.
  • Able to do live selling or having sales experience in social media is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
