Key Responsibilities
Admin Duties
  • Perform general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, documentation and correspondence.
  • Prepare certificates for internal and external branches.
  • Assist in procurement of office and operational supplies.
  • Handle emails, calls, and internal/external inquiries.
Operational Duties
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing company events and activities.
  • Assist in content creation for social media (includes canva design and capcut editing).
Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Operations, or related field
  • Experience in administration, operations, content, or event support is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office; basic knowledge of design tools is a plus
  • Good communication, coordination, and multitasking skills
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team
