Responsibility
Founder Support & Admin
  • Manage the founder’s calendar, tasks, and priorities.
  • Handle emails, follow-ups, and communication support.
  • Ensure admin and daily tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Outcome: The founder’s day is smooth, organised, and clear.

Creative & Content Support
  • Assist with uploading and scheduling content across platforms.
  • Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and collaborators.
  • Keep content folders, captions, and schedules organised

Outcome: Inari’s content runs consistently, on time, with minimal founder intervention.

Operations & Organisation
  • Maintain clean, structured systems (Google Drive, Notion, files).
  • Help prepare decks, documents, and materials for meetings.
  • Manage simple workflows, reminders, and task lists.

Outcome: The business runs more efficiently, with strong organisation behind the scenes.

Partnerships & Coordination
  • Follow up with partners, suppliers, and collaborators.
  • Track timelines, agreements, and deliverables.
  • Support planning and alignment for brand initiatives.

Outcome: Projects move forward smoothly and on schedule.

Events & Launch Support
  • Assist in workshops, pop-ups, brand collaborations, and launches.
  • Help with set-up, registration, logistics, and flow.
