Basic Salary + COMMISSION
Job Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound leads from calls, WhatsApp, social media, website, and partner referrals.
  • Respond to new leads within agreed lead response time standards.
  • Drive strong lead conversion rates from enquiry, consultation, treatment.
  • Involve in Appointment Coordination
  • Proactively follow up with pending, undecided, or missed-appointment patients via WhatsApp, calls, or email.
  • Explain treatment packages, pricing, instalment options, and promotions clearly.
  • Update all leads, interactions, appointments, and outcomes accurately in the CRM.
  • Share feedback and suggestions to improve scripts, workflows, and customer's experience.
Job Requirements
  • Possesses at least 1 year of proven experiences in telesales or outbound sales.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets.
