ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Responsible to ensure complete process for renovation projects.
• Oversee, monitor and handle on site and ensure the renovation job done is according to the approved layout plan.
• Coordinate and update on renovation specification at site to ensure documentation and actual physical are consistent.
• Handle site inspection for the final handover and respond to monitor that any defect raised has been ratified by contractor and accepted by user at agreed timeline.
• Prepare handover project to user.
• Monitor site visits & meetings with contractor.
• Request quotations from contractors to check the price & make comparisons.
• Entertain all requests through We-Care systems for the organization.
• Represent Administration Unit to delegate tasks to the PIC.
• PIC for Admin, Dept ensure AU tasks assigned to Admin are being attended.
• Weekly check the status of We-Care assigned to Admin.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Civil Engineering education background - Bachelors, Diploma or equivalent.
• Freshers with Civil Engineering background welcome.
• Prior experience in handling Civil / interior renovation projects - added advantage.

Travel Allowance will be provided.
