Company Background:

We are representing our esteemed client in the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) industry in their search for a dedicated and dynamic individual to join their growing team as a Branch Supervisor. We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about wellness and healthcare, with strong leadership capabilities and a hands-on approach to managing daily branch operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily clinic operations to ensure everything runs smoothly
  • Make sure the clinic follows local healthcare rules, TCM guidelines, and company policies.
  • Keep track of stock like herbal products, acupuncture needles, and other clinic supplies.
  • Ensure the clinic is clean, safe, and equipment is well-maintained.
  • Lead and supervise a team of TCM practitioners, admin staff, and support personnel.
  • Handle staff recruitment, hiring, and training based on company and TCM standards.
  • Conduct performance reviews, give feedback, and help staff grow professionally.
  • Make sure patients receive excellent service and handle complaints quickly.
  • Oversee patient consultations, treatments, and follow-ups to ensure proper care.
  • Help educate customers about TCM services and wellness tips.
  • Work to increase clinic revenue and achieve sales goals.
  • Monitor clinic financials, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and manage the budget.
  • Ensure treatments meet medical standards and legal regulations.
  • Perform regular checks to maintain high quality across all clinic operations.
  • Make sure patient records are accurately kept and follow privacy laws.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisor role (clinic or wellness industry is a bonus)
  • Having interest or knowledge in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is an advantage
  • Must be able to speak and write in English, Mandarin, and Malay to talk to different patients.
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • 6 days a week, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
