Job description

Lead and oversee daily warehouse operational activities, including product loading/unloading and warehouse operations, ensuring strict adherence to cleanliness and safety protocols.

Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring the quality of goods.

Receive and record new inventory as it is delivered; inspect and store it according to procedure.

Conduct physical inventory, compare results to computerized inventory, and reconcile any differences.

Ensure that all stock is stored in correct locations within the warehouse.

Transfer goods to trucks for delivery in a timely manner and according to schedule.

Ensure accuracy of shipments and inventory transactions.

Schedule goods being transferred to and from the warehouse; coordinate transfer of inventory between departments.

Perform related duties as assigned by superiors from time to time.

Qualifications:

Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor would be an advantage.

Diploma in any discipline, or SPM holder with more than 3 years’ experience in a related role.

Willing to work 6 days a week.

EPF, SOCSO & EIS provided.

Starting basic salary from RM 2,600 (negotiable depending on experience).
