Our Sales Department is looking for a talented Retail Operation Supervisor to oversee our stores in Melaka and Negeri Sembilan regions of Malaysia, with the following responsibilities:

Retail Operation Supervisor - Melaka based

This role is responsible for achieving store business growth targets by ensuring best-in-class sales fundamentals.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Meeting Sales Objectives: Plan monthly sales targets, communicate with store teams, monitor progress, and provide feedback to management.
2. Trade Relationship Building: Build rapport with store personnel, maintain good relationships, and ensure timely collections from dealers.
3. Promotions Scheduling: Negotiate and plan promotions with buyers, coordinate with internal teams for execution, and ensure promotion effectiveness.

Your Ideal Profile:

• Based in Melaka.
• At least 2 years of experience in retail operations and sales, preferably in apparel or cosmetics.
• Experience supervising stores in shopping malls with knowledge of stock management and visual merchandising.
• Strong people management and communication skills in English.
