A leading food and beverage company in Subang Jaya seeks an experienced F&B professional to manage daily outlet operations. This role involves maintaining product quality, ensuring customer satisfaction, preparing beverages, and overseeing staff training. Candidates should possess prior experience in F&B operations, basic computer skills, and the ability to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia. We are looking for an experienced F&B professional who understands daily outlet operations and is passionate about quality, teamwork, and customer experience.
Maintain the highest standards of product quality and customer service at all times.
Prepare and brew beverages according to HUMAN FUEL’s in-house recipes.
Conduct quality control checks to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
Forecast sales, set outlet sales targets, and implement action plans to achieve them.
Plan and manage outlet manpower, including preparing weekly staff schedules.
Source, recruit, and train new outlet staff to meet operational needs.
Manage inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock for daily operations.
Handle all outlet transactions, including cash, card, and e-wallet payments, ensuring accuracy and proper cash handling.
Monitor outlet costing and expenses (raw materials, labour, utilities) to meet profitability targets.
Ensure outlet operations follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) at all times.
Deliver excellent customer experience and handle customer feedback or complaints professionally.
Maintain outlet cleanliness, hygiene, and equipment, and arrange maintenance when required.
Actively participate in daily operations, including beverage preparation, cashier duties, and other outlet-related tasks.
Prior experience in Food & Beverage outlet operations is required.
Basic computer skills; able to use Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and related software.
Able to communicate in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients, basic communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Possess own transportation.
Willing to travel when required.
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
