Role Purpose

We are looking for an entrepreneurial B2B Business Development professional to build and scale our B2B business from the ground up. This role will focus on lead generation, partnerships, and execution across multiple B2B segments, with a strong growth mandate over the next three years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, generate, and convert B2B leads across team sports, sports academies, schools, hospitals, corporates, and institutions etc.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers, including agencies, and create a sustainable B2B sales pipeline.
  • Drive end-to-end execution of B2B programs, from prospecting to delivery and post-sale follow-up
  • Support and execute major sports activations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored B2B solutions
  • Track performance, revenue, and growth opportunities, and provide regular business updates
Candidate Profile
  • 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships (sports, lifestyle, FMCG, or services preferred)
  • Proven ability to create business from scratch rather than manage only established accounts
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and execution skills
  • Self-driven, hands-on, and comfortable working in an ambiguous, high-growth environment
  • Passion for sports and community-driven initiatives is a strong advantage
