Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a medical representative role is preferred.
• Experience in medical sales, particularly in orthopedics, is a plus.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

About the role

This is a full-time position, where you will be joining CIMed Healthcare Sdn Bhd, a leading medical devices company. As a Medical Representative (Business & Clinical Associate), you will play a crucial role in promoting and supporting the company's range of products to healthcare professionals.

What you'll be doing

• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key healthcare providers, including doctors, pharmacists, and nurses
• Promoting and selling our medical devices to healthcare professionals
• Managing existing client relationships, and seeking new business opportunities
• Educating and informing healthcare professionals about the features, benefits, and proper use of CIMed's pharmaceutical and medical device products
• Attending cases in operating theatre
• Gathering market intelligence and feedback to help inform the company's product development and marketing strategies
• Coordinating and participating in product demonstrations, training sessions, and other promotional activities
• Ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of orders and providing exceptional customer service
• Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Medical Science, Biology, or related areas
• Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a similar medical representative or business development role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry, all welcome to apply.
• Experience in medical sales, particularly in the field of orthopedics, is a plus
• Excellent communication, selling and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with healthcare professionals
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
• A valid driving license and the ability to travel as needed
