E-commerce Specialist

We are looking for a E-commerce Specialist who is passionate, proactive, and versatile to support our fast-paced and growing team. This role is a hybrid of marketing, operations, and team support, with a strong focus on data analytics, content management, and workspace coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Key in and manage marketing and sales data accurately.
  • Provide reports on performance trends and suggest improvements.
  • Assist in building and organizing the live room/office space from scratch.
  • Ensure all live streaming equipment and tools are functioning well.
  • Manage and ensure the functionality of office infrastructure.
  • Manage and schedule live hosting sessions.
  • Coordinate and motivate live host team members, especially those with lower performance.
  • Develop creative strategies to increase engagement and boost sales.
  • Create, plan and manage content especially on platforms like TikTok and Shopee.
  • Monitor attendance and performance of team members.
  • Provide encouragement, motivation and skills enhancement guidance for underperforming team members.
  • Communicate effectively with HQ regarding requirements, feedback, and service matters.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of daily operations and alignment with company goals.
  • Ensure the overall office environment is well-managed.
  • Oversee equipment, furniture, and live room setup to ensure functionality and readiness.
  • Address and resolve minor operational issues promptly to maintain smooth daily operations.
Requirements
  • Possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in content management, particularly on platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, and live streaming.
  • Prior experience in administrative or management support roles will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in data entry and data analytics.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Quick to learn and able to adapt effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced working environment.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to respond swiftly and effectively to arising issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments and with clients.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
