Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations, online customer service, or a related role.
  • Hands-on experience managing seller accounts on Shopee or TikTok Shop.
  • Good written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations on Shopee & TikTok Shop, including product listing creation, optimisation, and maintenance.
  • Handle online customer service inquiries across platforms, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Upload, organise, and update product images and content to keep online stores fresh and appealing.
  • Assist in creating basic graphic designs for product visuals, promotional banners, and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on store performance metrics to help improve sales and customer engagement.
