Senior Functional Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance (F&O)

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Functional Consultant specializing in the Finance module of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). In this role, you will work closely with clients in a post-sales environment to deliver tailored solutions, manage system enhancements, and provide expert-level support across the full project lifecycle.

Primary Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations – Finance Module, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Collaborate with clients to understand business processes and translate them into D365 F&O solutions, particularly in areas such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting.

Provide hands-on configuration and customization of the Finance module to meet client-specific needs.

Develop functional documentation, test scripts, training materials, and user manuals.

Conduct user training and workshops to ensure successful adoption of the system.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues, working closely with technical teams when needed.

Support data migration, integration testing, and cutover planning.

Maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on financial system best practices.

Position Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP implementation, with at least 2 full-cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance Module).

Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus.

Familiarity with related modules such as Procurement, Sales, Inventory, and Production is advantageous.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Willingness to travel up to 30%, including international assignments.
