Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities:

• Responsiblein handling daily processing of sales and remittance advice data, and ensure timeliness and accurateprocessing 3rdParty & Intercompany within the agreed country SLA

• Management of data in strict adherence to internal control procedures arecritical to effective credit control and collection of debts.

• Function as the expert on Cash Applicationprocesses and related systems. Collaborate with work streams during process enhancements, acquisitions/divestitures,and major system implementations.

• Ensure that functional issues are appropriately prioritized and resolved.

• The incumbent is required to frequent liaisingwith internal sales and administrative personnel and customers to identifyand resolve customer account issues.

• Engage actively with the business team country supported

• Initiate monthly engagement meeting as pulse check on the service delivery regular basis

• Reporting –KPI –Monthly basis

Essential Requirements:

• Candidate must possessat least a Degreein Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent

• At least 2 years of working experience in relatedfield. Exposure to automation and analytical tools serves as an added advantage.

• Experienced in using ERP system

• Knowledge of internal control procedures, policies and practicesrelated to Order to Cash (OTC) processes

• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to details

• High levelof oral and written communication
