We are a well-established engineering and construction company specializing in cleanroom and advanced industrial facility projects. We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead on-site construction activities and ensure the successful delivery of complex industrial projects in line with our high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinating contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.

Manage construction planning, sequencing, manpower deployment, and resource allocation to achieve project milestones.

Review and ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and statutory requirements.

Coordinate closely with project management, design consultants, and clients to resolve technical and site-related issues promptly.

Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company HSE policies at all times.

Monitor construction progress, identify risks or delays, and implement corrective actions proactively.

Lead, mentor, and supervise site teams, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Prepare and submit regular site progress reports, highlighting construction status, challenges, and mitigation plans to senior management.

What You Bring:

A hands‑on construction leader with strong site management experience in high‑impact industries such as Data Centers, Semiconductor, Cleanroom, or FMCG facilities.

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent).

10+ years of construction experience, with at least 2 years in a Construction Manager or senior site leadership role overseeing industrial or MEP‑intensive projects.

Proven experience managing advanced industrial, cleanroom, or data center construction works is a strong advantage.

Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, MEP systems, HVAC installation, site coordination, and commissioning support.

Solid understanding of safety management, quality control, and statutory compliance.

PMP, CCM, or equivalent professional certification is an added advantage.
