Job summary

A leading food and beverage company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee regional outlet operations. Salary: RM3500–5000/month (depends on experience)

Responsibilities
  • Oversee regional outlet operations and conduct quality assessments and evaluations.
  • Prevent and control food safety risks across regional outlets, and improve food safety monitoring systems.
  • Ensure implementation of product standards, service quality, cleanliness, and overall QSC standards at outlet level.
  • Monitor industry trends and conduct benchmarking on competitors’ outlet standardization.
  • Maintain stable operations of existing outlets, support continuous regional improvement, drive outlet performance growth, and enhance brand awareness and influence within the region.
  • Supervise and address non‑compliant outlet operations, strictly control the use of non‑company materials, and safeguard company interests.
Job Requirements
  • (Malaysian only)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Supply Chain Management, Hospitality & Tourism Management, or Financial Management
  • At least 2 years of experience in F&B or retail operations or quality management; familiar with food safety standards (e.g., HACCP and local food safety regulations); experience in developing, auditing, or delivering training on F&B/food industry operating standards is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong data analysis skills
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem‑solving abilities
  • Able to adapt to frequent domestic travel (at later stages)
  • Language proficiency: Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
  • Possess a valid driving license and own transportation
