- Conduct consultative selling with product education.
- Achieve daily/monthly sales targets.

- Participate in daily briefings with the store team.

The Retail Sales Associate plays a key role in delivering excellent customer service, supporting daily store operations, and achieving sales targets. This role involves engaging customers, providing product recommendations, and ensuring a smooth and professional retail experience. Associates are expected to uphold brand standards, follow SOPs, and contribute to a positive team environment.
Customer Service & Sales
- Conduct consultative selling, including eye care product education and product recommendations.
- Achieve daily and monthly individual sales targets, contributing to overall store performance.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating to the Person-in-Charge (PIC) when necessary.
Product Knowledge & Presentation
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of eyewear products, contact lenses, and promotions.
- Explain features, benefits, and usage of optical products confidently.
Store Operations & Compliance
- Perform cashiering duties, including handling payments accurately and issuing receipts.
- Support daily stock checks, replenishment, and reporting of discrepancies.
- Follow SOPs on store opening/closing, hygiene, safety, and cash handling.
Teamwork & Communication
- Participate in daily briefings and align with the store team on sales targets and promotions.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Communicate effectively with the PIC regarding issues, customer feedback, or operational challenges.
