Job summary

A leading renewable energy company based in Johor Bahru is seeking an Operations & Maintenance Engineer to manage rooftop solar maintenance activities. This role involves planning, supervising technicians, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and strong knowledge of solar PV systems. Experience in electrical installations is preferred. Qualifications

• Experience in electrical installations or maintenance of solar PV projects is an added advantage.
• Ability to prepare preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Strong understanding of rooftop solar PV systems, including safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule all rooftop solar maintenance activities.
• Supervise technicians and verify work completeness.
• Prepare and review technical reports for client needs.
• Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment.
