Job Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales

• Conduct consultative selling, including eye care product education and product recommendations.
• Achieve daily and monthly individual sales targets, contributing to overall store performance.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating to the Person-in-Charge (PIC) when necessary.

Product Knowledge & Presentation

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of eyewear products, contact lenses, and promotions.
• Explain features, benefits, and usage of optical products confidently.

Store Operations & Compliance

• Perform cashiering duties, including handling payments accurately and issuing receipts.
• Support daily stock checks, replenishment, and reporting of discrepancies.
• Follow SOPs on store opening/closing, hygiene, safety, and cash handling.

Teamwork & Communication

• Participate in daily briefings and align with the store team on sales targets and promotions.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Communicate effectively with the PIC regarding issues, customer feedback, or operational challenges.
• Uphold a positive and respectful team culture.
