A construction firm in Shah Alam seeks a Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with standards and schedules. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in civil works, and must be able to read construction drawings. Good leadership and communication skills, along with the ability to work independently, are essential for this role. Own transport is required. The position offers a dynamic work environment with ample growth opportunities.
Qualificações
- 1–3 years of experience in the construction industry, especially in civil works.
- Strong knowledge of site operations and construction practices.
- Able to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under minimum supervision.

Responsabilidades
- Supervise, coordinate, and monitor daily site activities.
- Ensure all works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site procedures.
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and site logistics.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality workmanship.
- Prepare daily site reports, inspection records, and progress updates.
- Assist in resolving technical and site-related issues.
Conhecimentos
