Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in BMS design or project management is preferred.

Job description

Design and plan Building Management Systems (BMS) for data centers.

Work with teams to set system requirements like cooling, power, and monitoring.

Manage BMS projects from start to finish, including budgets and schedules.

Oversee installation and setup of BMS equipment.

Test and fix issues to keep systems running smoothly.

Monitor energy use and suggest ways to save costs.

Make sure all work follows safety rules and regulations.

Any other duties as assigned by the PIC/Management from time to time.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Fresh graduates welcome.

3-5 years’ experience in BMS design or project management is preferred but not required for fresh graduates.

Experience with BMS platforms like Siemens, Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls, or Honeywell.

Knowledge of SCADA, PLC programming, and protocols like BACnet or Modbus.

Familiar with data center equipment like CRAC units, UPS, and cooling systems.

Willing to travel withinJohor, depending on management's arrangement.

Good problem solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Able to work well under pressure.

BMS certifications (e.g., Siemens Desigo, Schneider EcoStruxure) is preferable.
