Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items.
Support the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations.
Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency meet standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation.
Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management.
Follow kitchen safety and sanitation procedures.
Help train and guide junior kitchen staff when needed.
