Job summary

A construction firm is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee all construction works and ensure projects run smoothly. The ideal candidate will coordinate subcontractor activities, enforce safety regulations, and manage daily project progress. Applicants should have at least 5 years of experience in Road & Bridge Projects and possess a Diploma in Engineering (Civil). Locations include Johor, Rawang, and Selangor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience related to Road & Bridge Project.
• Overview of construction knowledge and sequence of work.
• Experience with Infrastructure Projects is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all construction works on-site.
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractor activities.
• Ensure work quality and safety regulations are followed.
• Liaise with contractors and workers for project implementation.
• Assist the Project Engineer and project team.
