- Translate client and business needs into actionable product requirements.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, and QA to ensure smooth delivery.
- Plan sprints, manage releases, and track progress against milestones.
- Lead user testing and ensure every release meets quality standards.
- Analyze product feedback and usage data to identify improvements.
- Prepare documentation, training materials, and release notes.
- Stay updated on cloud, IoT, and cybersecurity practices for scalable SaaS products.
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in product, business analysis, or software coordination (preferably SaaS).
- Strong understanding of web and mobile applications, and cloud technology
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Jira, Trello, or similar tools.
- Bonus – Familiarity with CMMS, ERP, API integration, ISO or DevOps.
