We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leader to join our team at MARINA BUSINESS HOLDINGS'. As the Leader, you will play a critical role in overseeing and coordinating the operations of our manufacturing and logistics divisions based in J&T Express Kuala Ketil, Kedah. This full-time position is integral to the success of our business, and we are looking for a dynamic individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing

Supervising and managing a team of production, warehousing, and delivery personnel

Ensuring the efficient and timely completion of all manufacturing, storage, and distribution tasks

Monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement

Implementing and enforcing safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment

Coordinating with cross-functional teams to optimise workflows and address any issues or bottlenecks

Providing coaching, mentoring, and training to team members to develop their skills and capabilities

Collaborating with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans for the operations division

What we're looking for

Significant experience (1+ years) in a supervisory or team leadership role within a manufacturing, logistics, or similar operational environment

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, logistics, and supply chain management

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and implement practical solutions

Demonstrated ability to effectively manage, motivate, and develop high-performing teams

Proficient in data analysis and the use of relevant software tools to track and report on key metrics

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
