• Develop and implement BIM Execution Plan (BEP) aligned with ISO 19650 and project goals.
• Set BIM protocols, workflows, and modeling standards.
• Lead coordination meetings and clash detection using tools like Navisworks and Revizto.
• Integrate subcontractor models into the federated model.
• Oversee 3D/4D/5D model accuracy, LOD, and data integrity.
• Support construction with QTOs, 4D sequencing, and progress tracking.
• Link models to QA/QC and commissioning data.
• Deliver COBie, as‑built models, and digital twins for handover.
• Support integration with CAFM/CMMS systems.
• Mentor BIM teams and promote digital innovation.
• Liaise with client VDC teams to meet expectations.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• 8‑10 years of BIM/VDC experience, with at least 3–5 years on mission‑critical/data center or large infrastructure projects.
• Expert proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD, BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Synchro or Primavera for 4D planning, Dynamo, Rhino, Grasshopper (a plus).
• Deep understanding of MEP systems, sequencing, and construction phasing.
