Job summary

A packaging technology company in Selangor is searching for a Quality Control Assistant to aid the Head of Department in maintaining the company's quality management system and ensuring compliance with standards. The role involves monitoring quality control processes, managing customer feedback, and documenting quality assurance procedures. Ideal candidates have a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, at least 2 years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in QA/QC, preferably in manufacturing.
• Possess analytical and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in Pulau Indah, Selangor.

Responsibilities

• Assist HOD to maintain QMS requirements.
• Monitor and perform QC according to specifications.
• Manage customer feedback and corrective actions.
• Report quality issues to the QA department.
