Job Description

• Lead and manage all T&C activities for electrical and mechanical systems (HV, MV, LV, MEP).
• Develop and implement commissioning strategies, schedules, and documentation.
• Coordinate with design, construction, QA/QC, and vendor teams to ensure readiness for commissioning.
• Oversee FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing), SAT (Site Acceptance Testing), and Integrated Systems Testing (IST).
• Ensure compliance with IEEE, IEC, ISO, and local regulatory standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans during commissioning phases.
• Organize and lead commissioning meetings, reporting progress and resolving technical issues.
• Ensure all systems are commissioned safely and efficiently, ready for operational handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, or equivalent
• 8 –10 years of experience in testing & commissioning
• Proven experience in data centers, or mission‑critical infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of electrical protection systems, SCADA, HVAC, and power distribution.
• Familiarity with Malaysian utility standards (e.g., TNB, ST) and international codes.
• Proficient in commissioning tools, documentation, and reporting.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
